Fantastic video. I had no idea DISC's parentage was so murky. I find that any kind of categorizing of people just fills my head with thought viruses, and I then go about trying to categorize everyone I meet according to the rubric I've just ingested. I own a book, Please Understand Me, which used the Keirsey Temperament Sorter to categorize people into 16 personality types, all to help us understand ourselves and each other. Now, it is probably more valid than DISC, but knowing that the person you're talking to is an ENFJ isn't going to help you close the sale any better. PT Barnum lives, apparently.

He's alive and well and would be very proud of all these personality tests making money from his ethos!
